Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
ApexSensors.com is operated by Masterlink, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This policy explains the information handled through this product-information and inquiry website and the choices available to you.
Notice at Collection
We use information to answer your inquiries, provide requested pricing and demonstrations, operate and secure the site, and measure activity as described below. Optional analytics and marketing start for visitors identified as being in the United States unless they have opted out or enabled Global Privacy Control. Visitors outside the U.S., or with an unknown location, must allow optional tracking first.
| Information | Purpose and handling |
|---|---|
| Contact details you submit, such as your first and last name, email address and phone number; inquiry details you provide later. | Respond to your request, route it to an Apex specialist, and provide relevant follow-up through our Keap customer relationship system. |
| Technical request information, such as IP address, browser/device information and security signals. | Deliver the site and protect the inquiry form using Cloudflare, Keap and Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise. These services process essential technical information. |
| Browsing and interaction information, such as pages, pricing clicks, video/gallery actions, and form-start or unconfirmed submission events. | Optional Google Analytics and first-party Apex Hub measurement. A form click alone is not treated as a confirmed lead. |
| Optional marketing attribution, campaign parameters and pseudonymous visitor/session identifiers; a hashed email for permitted first-party matching. | Connect permitted website activity with marketing and inquiry workflows through Apex Hub and Keap. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous. This information is collected only while the relevant optional tracking is allowed, including the U.S. default described below. |
| Your privacy choices and opt-out signal. | Remember and enforce your selection, including necessary negative consent records that prevent further optional tracking. |
Optional marketing disclosures may constitute “sharing” for advertising under some privacy laws. Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of optional tracking and sale/sharing for those purposes on this site. Your inquiry and essential security do not depend on allowing optional tracking.
Tracking and your choices
There is no automatic consent popup. The footer's Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control is available on the home page and our legal pages. It lets you turn optional analytics and marketing off or save separate choices. We do not require an account to use it.
The site starts with optional tracking off while it checks a country-level signal supplied by Cloudflare. Only an identified U.S. visit can receive automatic analytics and marketing permission. Visitors outside the U.S., or whose country cannot be determined, need to make an affirmative choice before optional analytics or marketing starts. The regional check returns only an eligibility result to the page; it does not return an IP address or precise location. Saved refusals take priority over the regional default.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC), including its browser and request-header signals, by keeping both optional analytics and marketing off. You do not need to repeat an opt-out while GPC is active. We retain a minimal negative record when needed to apply your refusal to an already known Apex Hub visitor.
Identified U.S. visitors can turn analytics and marketing off at any time. For other visitors, both categories wait for an affirmative selection. Google Ads measurement is included in Marketing in Your Privacy Choices. It starts automatically for identified U.S. visitors who have no saved privacy choice, unless they opt out or use GPC. Existing saved choices take priority and are not automatically upgraded to a new Google purpose; you can change them through Save my choices. Where permitted, this enables advertising storage and measurement of visits, inquiries and confirmed orders through Google Ads and Apex Hub. Google advertising personalization remains off. Automatic U.S. tracking permission is recorded as a regional policy default, never as an explicit visitor choice. Confirmed conversions require their separate source, consent and business-evidence checks.
Your browser privacy choice lasts up to 180 days. Apex Hub's permitted first-party visitor identifier lasts up to 90 days, and its session cookie lasts up to 30 minutes. Temporary withdrawal retries last at most 24 hours. Other service-provider cookies have their own durations. Clearing site data or using another browser or device may require a new choice; GPC is evaluated again.
When you opt out, the site disables further optional collection, removes accessible optional identifiers and may refresh the page to stop scripts already loaded. Essential form security and your submitted inquiry continue to work. Browser controls can also restrict cookies, although blocking essential services can affect the form.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the customer relationship, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Measurement records are retained according to their configured service settings and operational needs. The cookie durations above describe browser identifiers, not the retention of an inquiry already submitted to Keap.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This business site is intended for dental professionals and is not directed to children under 16. Please do not send patient records or sensitive health information through the pricing inquiry form.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; obtain a copy; opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising; and appeal a declined request. You can exercise the website tracking opt-out immediately using the footer control. For requests concerning submitted inquiry or customer records, contact us below or use our contact form and state that it is a privacy request.
We may need information to verify requests involving customer records. We will respond as required by applicable law, explain any applicable exceptions, and provide information about an available appeal. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf with appropriate authorization. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To stop follow-up marketing emails, use their unsubscribe link or contact us; this is separate from browser tracking choices.
