Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, collect a payment or enroll you in a paid subscription. A purchase or plan enrollment is subject to its own order, enrollment form and applicable agreement.
2. Using the website
Use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to violate applicable laws or the rights of another person, impersonate someone, submit false or misleading information, distribute malicious code, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.

4. Purchases and plan enrollment
Purchases made through DentalStore123.com and orders placed with Masterlink are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions of Sale, order form and any agreed supplements. Those documents address payment, taxes, software licenses, financing, support and other transaction-specific obligations.
Paid coverage and support plans require enrollment under the applicable plan agreement. An inquiry, request for pricing or request for a demonstration is separate from that enrollment.
Rental and purchase are different arrangements. An Apex Sensor Club rental is governed by its applicable Club agreement, rather than the SensorCare terms for purchased equipment. Review the agreement supplied with your rental enrollment before enrolling.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, return eligibility, authorization and refunds are governed by the applicable sales agreement and Return & Refund Policy. Review these documents for the return window, condition requirements, excluded items, restocking fees and shipping responsibilities that apply to your transaction.
Contact Masterlink for authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning equipment. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address or assume that a return, refund or exchange has been approved.
These website terms do not create a separate return policy or change the terms of an existing order.
6. Apex warranty and SensorCare
The published Apex sensor limited warranty provides two years of coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, subject to the warranty’s conditions and exclusions. The complete warranty, claim procedure and remedies are in the Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Accidental damage is separate from the limited manufacturing-defect warranty. Optional SensorCare protection and support plans have their own eligibility, fees, replacement benefits, exclusions, renewal and cancellation provisions. A support plan does not, by itself, cover the cost of sensor replacements or repairs.
Read the SensorCare Plan Terms and your enrollment documents for the plan you select. This page does not extend a warranty or add coverage beyond the applicable agreement.
7. Website content and your submissions
You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit our website content or services without our express written permission. Do not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of a third party.

The separate sales and SensorCare agreements include their own dispute-resolution provisions, including Arizona venue and provisions for binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. Review the applicable agreement for its scope, process and any exceptions. This website page does not expand those transaction-specific arbitration provisions to an inquiry.
