Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. Returns or exchanges will not be authorized if requested more than 30 days from the Purchase Date. Product returns are permitted only with prior authorization from Masterlink, which Masterlink may deny in its sole discretion. Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by Masterlink, along with return instructions.

The RMA number must be included on the packing slip for returned material. Returns must be delivered to Masterlink within 10 days after the RMA is issued; late return will be refused. All returned Products must be in good working order, in the same condition that you received it and include all original packing materials and accessories. Products must not have been used or altered in any way.

Masterlink will impose a restocking fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the item purchase price on all returns and deduct that amount from the credit issued to the account. There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

• Data Conversions
• Sheaths/Covers/Barriers
• Bite Plates
• Bite Sticks
• Chin Rest
• Paddles
• Holder Systems/Positioners
• Extension Cables
• USB Hubs
• FaceShields and other PPE

Masterlink does not offer price protection. Please recognize the prices are “as is” after effective date. Any item will not be refunded due to price decrease, promotion or sale. Shipping and handling fees on the initial order and on the return shipment are not eligible for refund or credit. You are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions, Masterlink will mail a refund check to you within fifteen (15) business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (800) 869-0915.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@dentalsensors.com or call (800) 869-0915 and send your item to: 24654 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy. Suite 103-501 Peoria AZ USA 85383.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 24654 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy. Suite 103-501 Peoria AZ USA 85383.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be paid for by customer, not Masterlink, LLC.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If no item is returned no refund will be given.
